No. Sail Port Canaveral partners with hotels and transportation services on Florida’s Space Coast to provide everything you need ashore prior to your departure including airport and cruise transfers, hotel accommodations, and parking.

Accessible rooms and wheelchair lifts are available. If your party requires special assistance, please email us at info@sailportcanaveral.com prior to your arrival.

Depending on traffic, it takes about 60 minutes to arrive at Port Canaveral from Orlando International Airport.

All Airport transfers must be pre-Scheduled by 3pm the day before arrival date. However, on arrival date you may call the reservations office at 321-783-8655 to see if there is same day add on availability.

Car seats are not available on shared transportation as we cannot guarantee seatbelts on the shuttle you are transported in. This is in accordance with Florida’s statute addressing child restraint requirements.

Yes. Every person regardless of age should be accounted for in your party. There is no charge for infants under two years of age (not occupying a seat) when traveling with an adult (18 and older.)

Same-Day Cruise Transfers: NON HOTEL GUEST

MCO Arrivals:
All airport transportations need to be prescheduled. Schedule your flight to arrive 1 hour before one of our two pick up times of 11am and 1pm. This will give you time to get your luggage and get to your schedule pickups and then we will take your directly to your ship.

MCO Departures: We will pick you up directly from your ship and return you to the MCO Airport.  Our pick up times from the ships are 8am to 12pm every hour

Hotel Packages: Please call us to schedule your airport transportation 30days to 24 hours in advance to schedule your airport transportation. You need to land one hour prior to your scheduled pick up time.

Fly, Snooze & Cruise Questions

This package is ideal for those flying in prior to their Port Canaveral cruise and includes one hotel night, round-trip airport transportation, and transfers from your hotel to your ship’s terminal. Additional nights can be added.

Yes, every person regardless of age should be accounted for.

The procedure is to gather their bags from baggage claim and proceed to the designated pick up spot based on the terminal of arrival.   Please be available for pick up 10 mins prior to your pick up time.  Vans will depart the terminal 10 mins pass the designated pick up time.

A variety of times are available and will be clearly outlined for each hotel during the reservation process.

Park, Snooze & Cruise Questions

This package is ideal for cruisers driving in the day before their Port Canaveral cruise. This package includes a hotel stay, parking for the duration of your cruise, and transfers between the parking lot and your ship’s terminal.

If you are staying in Cocoa Beach, the parking lot is about 10 to 15 minutes away. If you are staying in Cape Canaveral, the parking lot is 5 minutes away.

Park & Cruise Questions

You can arrive from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Shuttles run every 20 minutes with the last shuttle departing for Port Canaveral at 2 p.m. If for some reason you see that you’ll be arriving after 2 p.m., please call our office for assistance.

Our parking office is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In regards to parking only, If you choose the refundable rate our cancellation policy is “You must cancel before 24 hours to get a full refund.” There are no partial refunds. Our parking lot is the closest overnight cruise parking service located 1.5 miles from Port Canaveral…or just about 5 minutes away.

After your cruise comes to an end, our shuttles start running at 7 a.m. and run every 20 minutes until all passengers are serviced.
